There are no minimum or maximum numbers for enrolment. Our programs have been created to be on-demand and accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Our programs are designed to be completed over a 12-month period; however, we understand that things change. People become busy, get promoted or leave. Our invoicing cycles ensure that individuals can be removed from programs, allowing greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Our programs have been designed to be completed over a 12-month period for maximum impact.
Group Coaching sessions have been created to support teams of individuals from the same organisation to come together regularly to share learnings and insights, build networks and improve communication across teams and divisions. Group Coaching sessions are best suited to teams of between 10 and 35 people.
Webinars have been created to share models, concepts and theories with a large group of individuals – up to 500 registrations. These webinars are recorded and can be shared with the broader team. Click here to find out more about our webinar topics.
Our pricing model has been designed to ensure maximum accessibility to our coaching and leadership programs. Peeplcoach programs start from as little as $99 + taxes per person per month, which is 10% of the cost of many traditional executive coaching programs.
Every month we ask our coachees to complete a pulse survey, which rates coachees’ satisfaction with our exercises and our coaches, and asks them about the insights they have gained from the program.
As an organisation, when you have registered 15 or more coachees at a time, we provide regular Impact Reports, sharing both qualitative and quantitative feedback and analysis.
We also provide engagement, productivity and retention data based on feedback at the start, middle and end of each program.
Our programs combine a mix of coaching, mentoring and training.
- Coaching: At the centre of all our programs is coaching. A trusted adviser will question, challenge, support and empower coachees to achieve their career and leadership goals.
- Mentoring: All our Master Coach Associates are business professionals and experienced leaders in their own right. During our programs our Master Coaches will share their experience and examples in life and in business.
- Training: Via our platform, webinars and online exercises, we share content for skills development.
On average we recommend that coachees allocate approximately one hour per week to their development. This is 2.5% of the average employee’s work week. This time includes watching or attending the group coaching sessions, completing the exercises and attending their one-to-one coaching session.
Additionally, coachees may invest additional hours completing actions, conducting their own research or reflecting further on the exercises.

The key to the success of any coaching program is the connection and chemistry between the coachee and the coach. When starting with a new coach we always recommend attending a few coaching sessions to get to know each other. If you still do not feel a connection, you can change coaches at any time.

At the heart of any successful coaching and leadership program is the trust between a coach and a coachee. All Peeplcoach Master Coach Associates abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. All conversations between a Master Coach Associate and their coachee will remain confidential, the one exception being in the case that a coachee mentions harming themselves or others. If you have been registered by your organisation, we provide Impact Reports to the organisation that share collated and anonymised satisfaction scores related to the program exercises, coaching and leadership insights.
