The Emerging Leader Program is designed for early-career professionals, new managers, or high-potential team members preparing for leadership roles. It helps participants build foundational leadership skills and grow into confident, effective people leaders.
Participants will strengthen key leadership capabilities, including communication, decision-making, team development, giving and receiving feedback and conflict resolution. These skills are essential for managing people, influencing outcomes, and stepping into leadership with confidence.
The program runs over 12 months and combines structured learning content, 1:1 and group coaching, and real-world leadership challenges. This program is on demand, practical and accessible to ensure that participants can apply learnings immediately, delivering instant business results.
Participants will have access to their own confidential Master Coach for 12 months as well as structured content mapped to your organisation’s competencies.
After completing the program, participants will leave with a clearer leadership identity, stronger self-awareness, and the ability to lead teams confidently.
