Christine Khor is CEO, Founder and Lead Coach at Peeplcoach and is passionate about the role that coaching has in accelerating performance for individuals, teams and organisations and making Peeplcoach the best leadership coaching platform she can!
Before becoming an executive coach and launching Peeplcaoch, Christine started her career In marketing management with global organisations such as Kraft Foods, Hallmark Cards and Simplot Australia.
After a successful career leading teams, Christine started the recruitment and executive search company Chorus Executive where she has partnered with hundreds of organisations and thousands of individuals offering recruitment, search and business, career and executive coaching services. In 2020 launched Peeplcoach with the mission to make coaching accessible to all employees within an organisation, not executives only.
As an executive coach at Peeplcoach, Christine partners with all levels of employees within an organisation from emerging leaders to executives. With her c-suite and start-up business and leadership experience Christine brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to her coaching sessions. Christine holds several qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Policy Studies and Graduate Diploma in Organisational Change and Executive Coaching.
James Chisholm is Co-Founder and Executive Coach at Peeplcoach who brings over 25 years business leadership experience performing roles in executive general management, board directorship, business development, leadership coaching, team facilitation and operational leadership. His career has covered multiple industries including building technology services, asset management, renewable energy and not-for-profit with large multi-national corporations, private companies and SMEs including Honeywell and WATCH Disability Services.
With extensive local and international experience, James has led teams of up to thousands of employees across varied countries and cultures and enjoys working with diverse groups of people to achieve outcomes with a sense of purpose and alignment to his personal values. In addition to his leadership and executive coaching work, James frequently facilitates leadership and executive team sessions where constructive culture and high-performance are the desired outcomes.
Zana is both a Master Coach and the Head of Coaches at Peeplcoach. In her role, she is responsible for recruiting, growing, developing, leading, and inspiring a team of passionate and talented coaches, all dedicated to making coaching accessible to everyone.
She currently leads a team that supports emerging and developing leaders across Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, Singapore, and India. With over 25 years of experience in people development and leadership across continents, Zana is renowned for driving people-led organisational change and cultivating positive cultures. Her expertise includes working with various levels of leadership in industries such as GE, Coles, ADP, Consumer Affairs, and Ambulance Victoria, with notable clients including Asahi, Dulux, Inghams, Latrobe City Council, and Bega.
Zana holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and is a qualified practitioner and facilitator in DISC, LSI, GSI, NLP, MBTI, and Change Acceleration Process (PCI). As a leader and coach, she excels in uncovering hidden challenges and empowering individuals to find actionable solutions. Her approach prioritizes building capability, creating high-performing teams, and driving sustainable business results through people-first strategies.
Stephen is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Peeplcoach, where he collaborates with the executive team to advance the mission of making coaching accessible to all. At Peeplcoach, he focuses on codifying the coaching process to improve cost and time efficiency, particularly for emerging and developing leaders.
Stephen’s career includes leading development teams at Carsales.com Ltd, where he fostered a culture of excellence and played a key role in scaling over 20 websites, including www.carsales.com.au, to become Australia’s top automotive classifieds site. He also founded Myprosperity, a personal finance platform that has swiftly become Australia’s leading platform in its field, recently earning the Fintech Australia “Finnies” Award 2020 for ‘Excellence in Wealth Management.’
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with honours in Artificial Intelligence from Monash University. Stephen is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to create positive change and believes that success is driven by strong teamwork, a clear vision, and dedicated, inspired teams.
Jo Hart is the Chief Operating Officer at Peeplcoach, where she focuses on optimising the systems and processes that drive the delivery of accessible, high-quality coaching.
With over 23 years of experience, Jo’s career has spanned finance, operations, project management, optimisation, learning and development, and leading project teams. She has worked both locally and internationally, supporting organisations in achieving efficiency and effectiveness across industries such as financial services, health services, information technology, insurance, media, and retail.
Jo has held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, Adecco Group, and the Australian Association of Social Workers. Known for her love of challenges, Jo is dedicated to contributing to her team’s efforts in delivering development opportunities that enhance engagement and help people and organisations reach their full potential.
Over the past 14 years, Stuart has partnered with some of the world’s best-known organisations, to help them identify & develop high performing talent and align their people strategies to their broader business objectives. Stuart has worked with clients across a broad range of industries & operating environments and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Peeplcoach Team. Tara Lordsmith
Tara Lordsmith is the Chief Marketing Officer at Peeplcoach. She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience, having held senior roles at SPC Global, Myers, and Murray River Organics Group. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Marketing Advisory Board at Deakin University while aslo working for Peeplcoach and running her own business. Tara’s expertise lies in developing impactful brand strategies, leading innovative marketing initiatives, and driving business growth through tailored solutions.
Her strategic approach and collaborative mindset have consistently delivered results, enhancing visibility, engagement, and revenue for various organisations. Michael Rainey
Michael is the Projects Manager at Peeplcoach, responsible for ensuring seamless operations across various processes, from launching new coachees on the platform to onboarding Peeplcoach coaches and introducing new content.
With over 25 years of experience, Michael’s career has spanned roles in finance, human resources, training, learning, and organisational development. He has contributed to the success of organisations such as CBA, Mercedes-Benz, Lumo Energy, Yarra Valley Water, and Bendigo Kangan Institute of TAFE. Michael holds a Bachelor of Education & Training, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies.

Richard Tootill
Richard is the Sales Manager at Peeplcoach, bringing over 10 years of experience in solution sales across leadership development and coaching, recruitment, and SaaS technologies within the IT and digital space. He has worked in various environments, including global corporates, fast-growing companies, and start-ups, with a career that includes roles at Oracle, Seek, and Elmo Software. Richard has primarily focused on driving new business in the B2B space, working with some of Australia’s most well-known organisations, including Fortescue Metals Group, Multiplex, Commonwealth Bank, Arup, and Austrade, to name a few.
In all his roles, Richard’s passion lies in solving challenges for both individuals and organisations, helping people be the best they can be. His goal is to help organisations succeed and empower individuals to reach their full potential by finding what they love to do.
Richard also holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University (QLD), majoring in sports management.
Nadia is the Head of Engineering at Peeplcoach, where she focuses on building and delivering well-tested, user-driven software that supports the company’s mission to make coaching accessible to leaders of all kinds. With a passion for creating technology that drives real impact, Nadia plays a crucial role in ensuring that Peeplcoach’s engineering efforts align with the broader organisational goals.
Before joining Peeplcoach, Nadia worked as a software engineer and later in managerial roles at prominent organisations such as Afterpay, Cash App, and Covidence. In addition to her technical expertise, Nadia is dedicated to teaching others how to program, combining her love for coding with a commitment to mentoring the next generation of developers.

I’m Deeksha Bhargava, the Sales and Marketing Specialist at Peeplcoach. With a Master’s in Marketing from Deakin University and over four years of experience, I specialise in account management, digital marketing, and paid media. I’ve had the opportunity to work across different industries, and I’m passionate about executing marketing strategies that drive growth. I truly connect with Peeplcoach’s mission to democratise coaching, and I’m dedicated to making it accessible to businesses and individuals through effective marketing initiatives.
Patty Akopiantz
Patty has deep expertise across the consumer-facing landscape having spent over 35 years as a top ASX company Board Director and senior manager in companies including Coles Myer, Energy Australia, Ramsay Healthcare, AMP, AXA Asia Pacific, McKinsey, and David Jones.
Patty is a Co-Founder of Assembly Climate Capital (ACC), an impact investment firm which brings together people and capital to accelerate bold companies and ideas for significant climate impact. She is a non-executive director of KPMG Australia, Sea Forest, The Hunger Project and Belvoir Theatre Company. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about supporting female founders.
Justin Punch
Justin Punch is Peeplcoach’s cornerstone investor. Justin is an environmental and impact investor, is a co-Founder of Assembly Climate Capital, is the Chair of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) and a director of Tasman Environmental Markets. He was previously a Partner at Archer Capital, has extensive line management experience including with Simplot Australia as well as consulting experince with the Boston Consulting Group. Justin is also the Chair of the Karrkad Kanjdji Trust, which works with Indigenous land management groups on landscape-scale conservation in Arnhem Land.
Sean Hallahan
In his professional career Sean Hallahan has held executive roles as COO at Costa Group, Managing Director at Tata Global Beverages, Sales Director at SC Johnson and Marketing Director at George Weston Foods.
He is currently CEO of Costa Group. In all his roles he has understood the importance of an engaged and passionate workforce in ensuring long-term business success. Sean is a start-up investor and a generous mentor and coach to emerging leaders.
John Odlum
John Odlum is one of the founding directors of United Veterinary Management, which eventually grew to become the ASX-listed business Greencross Limited. Post the float in 2007, when the company attained a market cap of $31 million, John sat as an executive director on the board and its subsidiaries, and was directly accountable for the IT, operations, facilities and equipment functions.
Currently John is an active investor, mentor, director and adviser to some ten entities, including charities, start-ups and medium-sized businesses in the profit and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and East Africa.
John Davies
John Davies is a Director of both Peeplcoach and Chorus Executive and has spent the last 20 years as an executive recruitment consultant working with organisations and individuals to build strong teams and careers.
Prior to working in recruitment, John spent many years in senior sales and general management roles with Tattersalls, Independent Distillers, Nestle and Monsanto.
Simon Betschel
Simon is a Venture Partner at Possible Ventures, making early-stage investments in frontier tech startups.
He is a resilient entrepreneur with Founder / CEO experience at: Peeplcoach (on-demand coaching); JungleHum (mobile commerce); and MIG (mobile gaming / billing) and he ran Australia’s largest loyalty program -FlyBuys. Simon also has an extensive background as a senior tech executive.
Well-versed in the dynamics of finding product-market fit in high-growth environments, Simon built product teams that drove $350M+ ARR. Notably, Simon established a JV with Yelp to launch in the Australian market before going on to lead Telstra’s partnerships in San Francisco, negotiating deals with tech giants and frontier tech companies.
Jacinta McDonell
Jacinta McDonell is a catalyst for personal growth and a guide for individuals seeking to live a more authentic, purpose-driven life.
Jacinta launched the US franchise, Anytime Fitness, into the Australian market in 2008, growing it to become Australia’s number one health club chain before exiting in 2017.
In the years since, Jacinta has turned her entrepreneurial passion towards supporting others, coaching fellow founders to grow and scale their businesses through A Founder’s Path, and launching her latest venture, Brave Spaces, to provide transformative programs and experiences to empower individuals to lead more purposeful and authentic lives.

Kate Morris
Kate Morris is Co-founder at Glow Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high growth and future focused companies.
Kate is co-founder of ASX listed Adore Beauty and sits on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. From its inception in Kate’s garage in 1999, Adore Beauty is now Australia’s leading pureplay beauty eCommerce platform, winning multiple awards and boasting the top beauty podcast in the country. In October 2020 Adore Beauty listed on the ASX (ASX:ABY), setting a record for the largest ever IPO with a female founder and female CEO.
Kate is also a co-founder of successful SAAS startup Findation, and mentors up-and-coming startup founders via the Startmate accelerator program.
Roger Massy-Greene AM
Roger is the Executive Chair of Eureka Capital Partners, a private investment company, Chair of Illawarra Coke Company, an industrial land development company, and a director of OneVentures Pty Ltd, a technology venture firm. He serves on the boards of The Hunger Project, a US based NGO that addresses hunger and poverty globally, and its affiliate The Hunger Project Australia. Roger is also the Chair of Eureka Benevolent Foundation (EBF), a family foundation focussed on overcoming social disadvantage.
Roger was previously the Chair of Networks NSW, a joint venture entity of the New South Wales government that managed the three electricity utility distribution networks in that state. He was also previously Chair of the Salvation Army’s Sydney Advisory Board, and President of Cranbrook School in Sydney. He co-founded the publicly listed company Excel Coal Limited and was its Chair until its acquisition by Peabody Energy in 2006. He previously worked for Bank of America, and for Rio Tinto plc.
