Methodology
- Triad (alignment) meeting with manager/program stakeholder, participant, and coach to define goals and objectives
- Chemistry meeting and clarification of coachee goals (coachees may choose to meet with two Executive Master Coaches to determine the best fit)
- 360° Assessment and debrief
- 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual), including all pre- and post-session preparation and review
- Check-in meeting with stakeholder/manager at 6 months

- Build self-awareness in senior leaders and executives to understand the impact of their beliefs, mindset, and behaviours on team and business performance
- Determine specific coaching outcomes through collaboration between the participant, organisation, and coach
