Sadly, too many organisations are still struggling to meet gender equality standards, and with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 passed by the Federal Parliament in March 2023, their gender pay gap results are now on public record for organisations with 100 or more employees. Despite this, progress is being made, as evidenced by the fact that green 51% of our participants are women.
There are many factors impacting the lack of diversity, inclusion and pay parity in organisations, but one of them is the lack of access to leadership development to support career confidence and progression.

Which program is right for your team?
We have created three programs to specifically support your organisation’s female leaders. Whilst every leader is different, generally, women leaders communicate, lead, learn, share, and support differently. Our programs have been created to meet these specific learning styles.

Peeplcoach programs have been created to allow organisations to start with one or many participants; however, to maximise impact, it is ideal to start our programs with a cohort.
Although we prefer not to “mandate”, group coaching is highly recommended for cohorts of 8+. Women learn through talking and sharing and group coaching helps to embed learning more quickly, share learnings and build confidence.

Our programs have been created to meet organisations and team members at their level of leadership, from individual contributors to senior executives or board members. Although we recommend enrolling your people in a cohort to foster sharing, curiosity, experience and to drive value – we will never force you to. There are no minimum or maximum numbers for enrolment. Our programs have been created to be on-demand and accessible to anyone, any time, anywhere.
Our programs are accessibly priced and scalable and have been created to be delivered virtually. However, we understand that some organisations and individuals prefer face-to-face delivery, and we can always discuss how this can be facilitated when required. Our group coaching sessions can be delivered virtually or face-to-face and costs will depend on your specific needs.
Our programs are designed to be completed over a 12-month period to maximise impact; however, we understand that things change. People become busy, get promoted or leave. Our invoicing cycles ensure that individuals can be removed from programs, allowing greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

Our pricing model has been designed to ensure maximum accessibility to our coaching and leadership programs. Peeplcoach programs start from as little as $199 + taxes per person per month, which is 10% of the cost of many traditional executive coaching programs.
