As the driving force behind Peeplcoach, she’s redefining the leadership development and coaching industry, creating profitable and sustainable businesses through the democratisation of coaching and the creation of effective leaders through all levels of the organisation.
With over 25 years of experience across marketing, recruitment, and executive coaching, Christine knows what it takes to build thriving businesses and high-performing teams. She’s held key roles at Simplot Australia, Kraft Foods, and Hallmark Cards, and founded two successful businesses that help people and organisations succeed.
With a background in Criminology, Psychology, an MBA, and post-grad diplomas in Policy Studies and Organisational Change, Christine combines sharp insight with bold action. And as a Telstra Businesswoman finalist and Chief Executive Women award recipient, she’s not afraid to challenge the status quo—whether it’s diving into the Antarctic Ocean or pushing leaders to think and act differently.

James Chisholm is the Co-founder and Executive Coach at Peeplcoach, with over 25 years of leadership experience across diverse sectors, including building services, asset management, renewable energy, and the not-for-profit world. During his corporate career, James held pivotal roles such as leading Honeywell’s Building Solutions division in Asia-Pacific with full P&L accountability, and Global Head of Sales, managing up to $3 billion in annual revenue and overseeing thousands of staff worldwide.
After experiencing burnout and a personal mental health breakdown from the pressures of corporate leadership, James transitioned to coaching, finding renewed purpose in helping leaders and organisations thrive. Drawing on his own struggles—including navigating perceived failures such as his English Channel swim attempt— and his extensive business acumen, James now channels his experience into empowering leaders to align their personal values with business goals.
Known for his powerful and engaging sessions, James works with organisations and leaders to build high-performing teams, foster strategic alignment, and drive sustainable growth.
