Senior leaders and executives identified as critical and/or high-potential team members. Ideal participants are aware of specific opportunities for development and are committed to change and growth.
- Triad (alignment) meeting with manager/program stakeholder, participant, and coach to define goals and objectives
- Chemistry meeting and clarification of coachee goals (coachees may choose to meet with two Executive Master Coaches to determine the best fit)
- 360° Assessment and debrief
- 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual), including all pre- and post-session preparation and review

FAQ
Leadership Coaches are qualified coaches with business experience and have led varying sizes of teams. They are best suited to partners, middle managers and senior leaders.
Senior Leadership Coaches are qualified coaches with significant business experience leading large teams or divisions. They are best suited to partner senior or executive leaders who need leadership and business coaching and mentoring.
Executive Coaches are qualified coaches who have held C- Suite and/or Board Positions with experience running divisions or companies with significant P&L. They are businesses suited to partner senior level executives, c-suite, board members, and facilitating executive team strategy sessions.
Although we recommend enrolling your people in a cohort to foster sharing, curiosity, experience and to drive value – we will never force you to. There are no minimum or maximum numbers for enrolment. Our programs have been created to be on-demand and accessible to anyone, any time, anywhere.
Change takes time, especially when these leaders have been successful and have entrenched ways of thinking and leading that need to be redefined and recalibrated. We recommend a minimum of 6 months including a 360 assessment. However, it is not usual for the programs to require a 12-month commitment to ensure changes are embedded and stable.
Our programs are accessibly priced and scalable and have been created to be delivered virtually. However, we understand that some organisations and individuals prefer face-to-face delivery, and we can always discuss how this can be facilitated when required. Our group coaching sessions can be delivered virtually or face-to-face and costs will depend on your specific needs.

Our pricing model has been designed to ensure maximum accessibility to our coaching and leadership programs. Peeplcoach programs start from as little as $199 + taxes per person per month, which is 10% of the cost of many traditional executive coaching programs.
