Effective feedback starts with trust—people need to know your feedback is for their benefit. 
 
At Peeplcoach, we use Kim Scott’s Radical Candor framework to help leaders and teams have honest, impactful conversations by “saying what you mean to get what you want.” 
 
In this session, we’ll explore how to:

• Learn to give and receive feedback with structure, clarity, and confidence.
• Understand why trust is the foundation for effective feedback.
• Prepare for and navigate difficult conversations with emotional control.
• Apply the Radical Candor framework for honest, caring communication.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage continuous dialogue.
• Become confident with the GROW methodology of coaching.
• Differentiate mentoring and coaching, and use each confidently to bring out the best in others.
