Zana is a transformational Executive Coach and the Head of Coaches for Peeplcoach. Her role is to recruit, train, develop, lead and inspire a team of passionate and talented coaches across APAC to deliver the best coaching solutions for all businesses and achieve the teams’ mission, to make coaching accessible to all!
Before becoming a coach, Zana’s has had 30+ years’ experience across continents in areas of talent management, succession planning, engagement, and learning and organisational capability within various industries: FMCG and Consumer Products, Financial services, Government, NFP and Healthcare.
Facilitating both group coaching and leadership workshops is one of her greatest strengths with highly developed presentation and facilitation skills. Zana is known for her ability to engage and create authentic connections, that ignite new positive behaviours and results.
She’s a dynamic and supportive strengths-based coach that empowers her clients to be curious and vulnerable to explore hidden challenges and discover new ways to thrive.
Creating accountability through a conversational approach and not adverse to having tough conversations to get to the real issues preventing progress and change.
