about Zana Ballantyne
Zana is an Executive Coach and Head of Coaches at Peeplcoach. In her leadership role, she recruits, develops and leads a team of highly experienced and talented coaches across APAC, ensuring exceptional delivery for clients.
With 25+ years in organisational development and building leadership capability across Australia and the UK, she has worked across financial services, FMCG, healthcare and government sectors. Before moving into coaching, Zana spent years leading L&D teams and driving people-led organisational change, which taught her that lasting leadership development happens when leaders are given tools that work in the real world. She is passionate about developing inclusive, capable and connected leaders, and specialises in creating safe, stretching spaces for growth where leaders can do their best thinking.
With lived experience of neurodiversity, Zana brings particular insight to her work with diverse and neurodiverse leaders. She helps them surface hidden barriers, find clear language for their impact, and build the practices that enable sustainable performance. The best leadership development happens when leaders are met where they are and helped to leverage their unique strengths rather than fitting into a standard mould.
