Sarah has had extensive experience with over 20 years working in various roles in Human Resources, including recruitment, generalist HR and organisational development, across a range of industries in both the UK and Australia.

Sarah believes coaching is all about getting people to think differently in order to do differently. She is passionate about seeing people succeed in their careers and lives and as an experienced leadership coach, she will ask some curly questions, and knows when to push and when to be silent.

Her 20 years in HR has given her exposure to some diverse and interesting people and situations, building the skills and experience to understand complex problems and to identify and navigate solutions quickly.
