Martijn Laguna is an accomplished executive coach and management consultant who has partnered with organisations and individuals across Australia, the broader APAC region, and Europe.

Before becoming an executive coach and business consultant, Martijn enjoyed a successful 25-year corporate career in senior executive roles, including Executive General Manager APAC, Managing Director, Joint Chief Operating Officer, and Sales and Marketing Director. Martijn’s experience spans large, publicly listed multinationals, privately held organisations, technology start-ups, SMEs, and not-for-profit organisations. During this time, he led established businesses, driving significant growth and profitability. He also has a proven track record of building businesses from the ground up, as well as through acquisitions and the acceleration of commercial development and capabilities.

His diverse expertise extends across industries such as publishing, information services, (online) media, professional services, workflow software (SaaS), education & training, community care & disability services, B2C e-commerce, tourism, insurance, retail, wholesale industry associations, and government. His functional experience include general management, executive, board, and sales and marketing roles.

He is deeply passionate about empowering leaders at all levels to navigate change, facilitate transitions, and achieve excellence within their organisations. Martijn finds great fulfilment in fostering both professional and personal growth throughout this process.
