Karin brings a wealth of leadership experience to coaching from a decades-long career in the global business environment. An FMCG specialist in the food industry, her professional journey spans senior leadership roles for multinationals in Europe, North America, China, and Australia.

Coaching aside, her business skills encompass strategic planning, brand building, business development, sales & distribution, and consulting, where she has excelled in both growth businesses and turnaround situations. She has also facilitated corporate training across APAC & Middle East. Her pragmatic approach is grounded in commercial reality, yet she has also tested herself beyond the norms of corporate life. Karin volunteered for a year with a humanitarian organisation in the middle of a war zone and published a book. Central to these diverse challenges, her focus on the end goal has always been about people and team performance, and she maintains a special interest in cross-cultural leadership.
