Jess has over 15 years of experience as a senior leader, consultant, facilitator, and coach, specialising in leadership development and organisational growth. She has built and led high-performing teams through start-up, transformation, and rapid growth, including at Employsure, one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies. A 2017 finalist for ‘Leader of the Year’ with the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders, Jess has driven large-scale changes and countless people development projects. She now focuses on coaching leaders to scale their mindset, self-concept, and behaviour, balancing support with challenge to help them reflect, embrace new perspectives, and unlock their leadership potential.
