Gerri Binns is passionate advocate of people, culture, leadership development and building high performing teams.
Driven by a deep customer-centric approach with strong commercial acumen she has operated strategically with a global, regional, and local mindset across finance, banking and professional services, most notably within organisations such as Rabobank, CBA, Deloitte and KPMG.
Prior to becoming an executive and leadership coach she has built a successful and diverse career across all people experience disciplines including organisational culture, engagement & design, inclusion, equity and belonging (IE&B), performance coaching, talent and succession planning, employee value proposition & branding, HR partnering, executive & leadership capability and coaching. She has held roles including Head of Culture, Head of People Development and Strategic Workforce Management, Head of Leadership and Learning, Director Culture and Leadership and General Manager Talent to name a few
