Doug is highly experienced senior business leader and executive coach. Doug built a successful career working at an executive level, with experience across national and global roles and multiple industries, including financial services (Westpac and Honeywell Global Finance), building services and energy efficiency (Ecosave, TSC and AE Smith). This has enabled him to develop a strong set of skills and competencies as a leader and coach with a strong commitment to helping individuals and organisations realise their potential and maximise their impact.

His coaching philosophy is built around four core elements. Awareness – knowing about purpose, strengths and development opportunities. Acceptance – understanding the potential for change and being accountable for results. Action – setting action plans to drive positive change and achieve success.
