Claudia is an experienced executive leader with having held Director level roles across sourcing, supply chain, customer service and project controls teams across organisations. Claudia has broad industry experience working in organisations such as Philips, Motorola, Novar, Honeywell and Niko.  Claudia has been able to transition across various functional roles, industries and organisations by focussing on developing high performing teams, creating a clear vision for those teams and then empowering these team to be successful.   In her career Claudia has had to lead change management, growth, process improvement and cost optimisation projects as well as being involved in strategy development, mergers and acquisitions.  

Claudia is now focussed on working as an organisation and leadership coach and business consultant supporting organisations and leaders across Europe.  Claudia is passionate about supporting and empowering up and coming leaders and, in addition to working with Peeplcoach, she is a volunteer for MentorMe Germany.
