Bron Rose
Master Coach Associate
Bronwyn (Bron) is a Senior Leadership Coach with over 25 years’ experience in coaching, consulting, leadership development and project management. Her strengths-driven approach to coaching supports leaders to look inwards, embrace opportunities for change and to consciously choose intentions and behaviours that align with their (and their organisation’s) goals and vision.
She has worked across a range of industries including FMCG, Resources, Retail, Hospitality and Finance with organisations such as Caltex, Campbell Arnott’s, Pfizer, The Commonwealth Bank, The ANA Hotel, the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Department of Education, Department of Infrastructure, Department of Premier and Cabinet to name a few. In her own businesses she has designed, developed and facilitated Leadership Development programs and worked in a range of industries to focus on Project Leadership.
She believes the coach’s role is to draw out what is already there, hold space for it to be examined and then support the coachee to make connections and define what needs to be learned or actioned next. Bron loves being a coach because it challenges her to be open, to be humble and to be willing to do whatever is needed to support a coachee achieve their goals. Sometimes this involves challenging thought patterns and beliefs, and other times it involves supporting and guiding the coachee towards joining the dots and choosing positive actions. Her view is that coaching is an opportunity to serve; to share knowledge, skills, and experience at the right time and in the most appropriate way. More than this, coaching is an opportunity to be in the moment and offer exactly what is needed; a direct question, an objective observation or a line of inquiry linked to the current focus of learning. Bron loves the spontaneity, variety and depth that is present when the coaching conversation is open, and intentions are clear.
