about Ruth Dettman
Ruth is an ICF credentialled coach, an accredited team coach, as well as the former WA Branch President of the International Coaching Federation.
She has been coaching since 2014 with 1800+ hours working with executives, senior leaders, high performers, and teams in global and national organisations. She works with a client’s values, purpose and vision, identifying valuable leadership competencies and emotional intelligence capabilities, as well as exploring the impact and potential of underlying beliefs and assumptions.
Ruth applies evidence-based and contemporary leadership and team coaching frameworks. The core frameworks she works with include adult development theory (Kegan), intentional change theory (Boyatzis), emotionally intelligent leadership styles (Boyatzis), and systemic team coaching (Hawkins).
