This bespoke program has been created to help your female leaders identify and mitigate the risks of leadership blind spots and assist them in creating an inspiring and achievable career pathway. Ideal for high potential current or future female leaders who would benefit from confidential leadership and 1:1 coaching to break through to the next level of their career.

Deep dive 360 assessment
Build self-awareness and identify blind spots.
6 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Build understanding, insight and actionable plans to mitigate the risks of these blind spots and accelerate growth and development.
Fast-track Women Leaders Program
This intense 6-month program has been created to fast-track learning and career progression. Ideal for emerging and developing female leaders who are still building their careers and confidence. Additional benefit occurs when this program is implemented as a cohort of 10 – 15 high potential leaders.
