Peeplcoach women leaders program has been designed to support high-potential women leaders who are ready to grow their leadership capabilities, business and career success. The program focuses on building confidence, developing strategic thinking, and providing tools to navigate complex workplace dynamics. It also fosters leadership identity through coaching, mentoring, and peer support.
Participants gain practical leadership skills, build executive presence, and strengthen communication skills. They will build the confidence to build networks and sponsorship to define their career goals through the support of their confidential Master Coach over 12 months.

This 12 month program incorporates both 1:1 and group coaching, ensuring women have the confidence to break through leadership barriers and equipping them with the tools to lead powerfully, navigate complex challenges, and influence change.
