Manager (9 months) – $2,999 + GST
Executive (12 months) – $5,999 + GST - Online Career Resources: Interview skills training, resume writing, cover letters, transferable skills development, and job application process support.

Our career transition and outplacement program provides structured coaching and support to help people navigate a job change or career shift with clarity and confidence. Peeplcoach’s program focuses on goal-setting, skills alignment, and mindset development — whether your employee is redeploying within the organisation or exiting the organisation, this program will assist participants in transitioning with confidence and care.
The Peeplcoach career transition and outplacement programs are suitable for all levels of employees – individual contributor, manager or executive. Participants will be matched with an appropriate level career and leadership Master Coach to ensure they are successful in their new role, either within or external to the organisation.
Common challenges include loss of professional identity, fear of starting over, unclear direction, and limited networks. During a restructuring or redundancy, it is not only the exiting employee who is affected. Survivor’s guilt is real. It is essential to exit employees respectfully and kindly for both the individuals leaving and the employees remaining.
Peeplcoach has three different programs to specifically meet the needs of individual contributors, managers and executives. All programs combine 1:1, career planning tools, and strategic guidance across a flexible timeframe. Sessions are delivered virtually, allowing participants to learn and take action at their own pace while receiving expert support throughout the transition process.
