Joanna is an Executive Coach with over 20 years’ experience working with business leaders to deliver outstanding business performance. 

She brings a great combination of strong coaching skills and extensive business, leadership, and life experience to help leaders think outside the box, implement new strategies, and increase their leadership, business and sales effectiveness. 

Joanna’s corporate career in the financial services sector saw her leading Operations, Sales, and Learning and Development teams with organisations such as ME Bank, NAB, ANZ, Mortgage Choice and St George Bank. 

Her hands on experience building the skills and careers of individuals, high performance teams and collaborative cultures was the impetus to transition to an external role where she can provide executive leadership coaching and business coaching services to coach leaders to perform to their absolute potential.

With a passion and curiosity about creating high performance, Joanna believes that Strategy, People and Process are all part of the equation. She provides a safe and stretching environment to enable a best leadership coaching conversation to help leaders have insights and gain clarity on how to move forward, together with a focus on accountability for results.
