Di has a rich background in HR, spanning generalist business partnering, learning & organisation development, and team leadership. Her experience spans Australia, New Zealand and Asia and a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, medical research, retail property management, and health technology.
Di discovered her passion for coaching early in her career. She joined a global pool of internal executive coaches at GSK, where she honed her skills and solidified her commitment to the transformative power of coaching.
After nearly two decades in HR and L&OD roles, Di established her own business – encompassing coaching, facilitation, and consulting. She joined Peeplcoach in 2021 as a Coach and Facilitator as it was a perfect place to fulfil her passion for leadership development within a purpose led, innovative organisation. Beyond coaching, Di excels as a facilitator in group settings, intact-team environments, and leadership workshops. Renowned for her ability to engage groups, Di fosters authentic insight, learning, and connection.
Di’s coaching philosophy centres around the solutions-focused and forward-moving nature of coaching. Her style is intuitive and adaptive, striking a balance between challenge, support, and guidance tailored to each coachee’s unique goals.
