Before transitioning to a coaching career, Virginia had over 18 years of experience with an Australian Federal Government agency, where she excelled in implementing and training officers in policy, managing teams and spearheading coaching initiatives. She delivered programs that enhanced leadership capability across the state of Victoria and Tasmania.

Virginia’s leadership coaching is driven by her belief in empowering and valuing every voice within each organisation she works within. Her strength lies in the art of listening, uncovering the wealth of collective wisdom that often lies right before us.
