Evie is a senior Leadership coach and passionate about the impact coaching has not only on effectiveness and productivity but also on inclusivity and wellbeing. Her career began in England in Education, where she led teams, honing her ability to understand the deeper challenges and obstacles. With a passion for business development and wellbeing, Evie pursued studies in Positive Psychology, Counselling, and Teacher Training. 

Evie then spent over 15 years with the NHS, leading IT Change Management Projects and overseeing transformation initiatives. Evie excels in supporting senior leaders to evaluate current situations, assess gaps and develop strategies that promote inclusive value. Evie focuses on raising assertiveness, confidence, and communication, by supporting people to leave their comfort zone to gain a deeper awareness to create a positive self-narrative. She has a high level of global cultural expertise in change behaviours and partnership creation.
